When you book a call, download the AI-Readiness Toolkit, or email us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, and any notes you share). Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and conversions. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and to send occasional relevant updates. We use analytics data to improve the site. Lead information from toolkit downloads is stored in Google Sheets and ingested into our CRM for follow-up.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time. You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@blackdoorllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
