Black Door was founded in 2019 on a simple premise: every business has a profitability gap. Unrealized revenue, unnecessary/excessive expenses, or both. Our job is to find it and close it with sound, secure technology, ideally automated or right-sized enough that the fix pays for itself. That premise has not changed.
When AI moved to the center of every executive conversation, we watched practice owners get squeezed between two pressures. Move fast, because competitors are. Move carefully, because your industry does not forgive mistakes. Every AI agency we saw chose one or the other: fast and reckless, or slow and expensive. Almost none started where every good engagement should start: inside the client's business, understanding how the work gets done, where the real pain is, where revenue flows, where risk lives. Without that, AI is noise.
So we sharpened Black Door for this moment. We listen before we recommend. We design for protection, compliance, and the outcomes your practice is actually paid to produce.
