Integration

The Exchange. Where AI meets the rest of your business.

Integration services that wire The Vault into your identity provider, data sources, policy controls, and audit logs. Least privilege by default. Access reviewed. Every connection documented. Every engagement includes a 90-day tech-strategy arc so the integration is not just delivered, it is stewarded.

Built for teams moving from pilot to production.

The demo works. The pilot is green-lit. Now the question is whether your architecture can pass a security review and an audit. That is where The Exchange comes in.

Organizations moving AI from pilot to production
Teams that need SSO, data-source integration, and compliance gates
Clients building an architecture their counsel and auditors will approve
Organizations tired of "it works on our demo box" vendor answers

Five things you walk away with.

Every engagement produces the same five deliverables. We document everything. No black boxes. No magic.

1

Identity Provider Integration

SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace. Includes one 90-minute kickoff and two 30-minute follow-ups.

2

Data Source Wiring

Secure, least-privilege connections to your CRM, ERP, database, file storage, and communication platforms.

3

Policy & Compliance Gates

Role-based access controls, data classification, audit logging, and encryption policies configured to your regime.

4

90-Day Tech Strategy

Quarterly architecture review, performance optimization, and compliance posture check over the 90 days post-integration.

5

Documentation & Handoff

Every integration fully documented for your team and auditors. Data-flow diagrams, access maps, runbooks, and RACI matrices.

6

Security-first posture

The same posture that runs across every Black Door engagement. Not an add-on, not an option, not a line item.

Scoped to your engagement

Every Exchange engagement is a fixed-scope integration with a defined deliverable package and a 90-day tech-strategy arc. We quote the scope before kickoff so there are no surprises. Book a Discovery Call to talk through what fits.

Common questions.

What does The Exchange engagement cover?
A fixed-scope integration engagement: kickoff and follow-up sessions, identity-provider integration (SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace), secure data-source wiring, policy and compliance gates, full documentation, and the start of a 90-day tech-strategy arc. Every engagement is scoped and priced per client.
What identity providers do you integrate with?
Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, and comparable SSO / SAML / OIDC providers. If you use something else, tell us in scoping and we will confirm feasibility.
What data sources can you wire?
CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, etc.), ERP, relational databases, file storage (Google Drive, SharePoint, S3), and communication platforms (Slack, Teams, Gmail). Every connection uses least privilege by default with an explicit, documented scope.
What is the 90-day tech-strategy arc?
Quarterly architecture review, performance optimization, and compliance posture checks over the 90 days following integration. It ensures the integration becomes true adoption, not just a deployment.
Do I need The Vault to engage The Exchange?
Usually yes. The Exchange is designed to wire The Vault into your environment. In rare cases, we can integrate other well-architected AI platforms, but you lose some of the security defaults.

Let's scope your integration.

Every Exchange engagement begins with an Audit. That is a fixed-fee, two to three-week diagnostic that produces the roadmap we integrate against. Not sure yet? A 20-minute Discovery Call is free, and we will decide together whether an Audit is the right next move.
